There are many ways to be apart of Simply Primary Health Care's innovative method of health care delivery. Maybe you have a high deductible insurance plan or maybe you have no insurance or maybe you own your own business and want to offer affordable medical services as a benefit. What you already know ...? You want to have a different experience that is focused on you as an individual not as a symptom or disease. We offer membership services or you can pay per visit.

Basic Membership options

For generally healthy members who need health guidance for optimal wellness and primary care needs who want a deeper relationship with their provider and easy access for concerns. The average member uses Direct Primary Care services four times a year. Membership dues range from $25-$90/month for the wellness plan .

Annual Wellness Exam
Well child exams and newborn exams
Acute Care/Urgent visits
Same day or next day scheduling
Access to affordable basic labs and imaging need
Basic office procedures
Health screening recommendations
Mental health - affordable access
Health coaching for PLUS members
Complex Disease management with standard approaches and lifestyle management
No refill fees

Meet and Greet

Your medical journey has led you to Simply Primary Care. So now what? Schedule a meet and greet either in person or by phone/video call for 10-15 minutes at no charge or use our walk in services ($65-150) for urgent care needs. You can also establish care ($150) and pay as you go.
